This specially developed converter for pocket fountain pens plugs into the front part as an alternative to ink cartridges. Like a syringe, the ink is absorbed directly from the ink bottle. Thanks to the clever folding mechanism of the piston rod, the converter can be reduced in size by almost 20% while holding the same ink capacity. Dues to it's small size, the mini foldable converter fits in to even the smallest Kaweco pocket fountain pens of the Liliput and Sport series.
