Shipping policy

We ship within Canada from our retail store in Calgary, Alberta. Orders are subject to a 2 business day processing time to allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 

We use Canada Post Expedited Mail for all shipping. Average transit time with Canada Post is 2 to 8 business days depending on your location (not including order processing time). Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with the ability to track your shipment.

We offer Free Shipping within Canada on orders $115 and above before taxes, and USA $150 and above before taxes.

Orders under $115 (Canada) and $150 (USA) are charged a flat rate shipping fee based on customer's shipping address. Shipping fee is calculated at time of check-out using the following rates:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba- $12.00

Ontario and Quebec- $14.00

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador- $15.00

Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut- $15.00

USA- $15.00

Our website accepts orders and shipping within Canada and the USA only at this time. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Import Duties or taxes may be incurred on US shipments and will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipments can be detained by US Customs and these delays or extra charges are beyond our control.

 

In-Store Pick-Up

Your order will be ready for pick-up within 1 business day. You will be sent an email once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. 

Winter Ink Shipping 

With freezing temperatures during the winter months and the risk of ink cartridges or ink bottles freezing or bursting, shipments containing these items will automatically be sent to your closest post office for pick-up. Although we increase our packaging to help prevent any leakage, we cannot guarantee how packages are handled once they are shipped. During the winter and cold season (generally October until April), all shipments containing ink cartridges or bottles are at the risk of the purchaser. We cannot be responsible or liable for any weather related damages and no refunds will be provided.
